Hi folks!!

Happy New Year!

2012 has begun with a bang for “High Profile.” On Friday January 13th at the very classy and elegant Grand Ballroom at the Fort Garry Hotel in Winnipeg, “High Profile” made its first appearance at the PLAST Malanka. It was a very classy and elegant affair and we were told that a good time was had by all. Way to go PLAST!

The next day we made our 4 hour trip to Dauphin, Manitoba for our 2nd consecutive appearance at the Dauphin Malanka held at the 8th Ave Hall.  The Malanka was sold out and the crowd was even bigger than 2011. Many people stayed right until when the party ended at 2am. Our congratulations to the committee that organized the Malanka. Oh, and the food was fantastic too as were the choir and dancers!

The band has time for a little rest but our summer is booking up again with weddings, etc. We will be making more appearances between Winnipeg and Dauphin over the next little while so stay tuned!
